DUNCAN —
The Board of Stephens County Commissioners will meet Monday to discuss the addition of a new heating and air unit to be used in the waiting room of the Stephens County Health Department.
The health department is also looking for approval on an infant mortality project billboard and the Board of Health membership.
The commissioners will be considering approval of a cooperative agreement between Arthur Lee, Anna Speed and the board to build a new bridge and remove debris from the right-of-way to provide a temporary crossing for equipment.
In other business commissioners will:
n Grant or deny two Oklahoma Alcoholic Beverage Laws Enforcement Commission applications for mixed beverages as submitted by Spirits, LLC doing business as CT Bar and by Randall Miller doing business as Simply Italy.
n Acknowledge a notice of tort claim filed by Derek W. Holt.
n Discuss and possibly take action on a supplemental allocation to the 2012-13 budget for the Sheriff’s Department.
n Approving a reclamation agreement between Stephens County District 1 and Marathon Oil Company for costs for any repairs to a county road located in Section 27, Township 2N Range 5W up to $50,000.
n Consider approval of an Interstate 40 Crosstown Steel Beam Transfer regarding Surplus Beams from the Oklahoma Department of Transportation.
