DUNCAN — The Duncan Police Department and the Oklahoma State Fire Marshal’s Office has concluded the investigation into the Foursquare Gospel Church fire.

The Monday fire at Fifth and Pine was the result of faulty equipment, namely a gas furnace and gas water heater, Det. John Byers said today.

“We’re still following up on a couple of things,” Byers said.
