Marlow man accused of harboring a fugitive

DUNCAN —

MARLOW — Marlow Police Officers Tony Lynch, Zach Abney and Jon Moore responded to a tip Saturday that Chrissy Farmer, wanted for knowingly concealing stolen property and endeavoring to possess a controlled dangerous substance, was hiding at 303 S. Second Street in Marlow.
Officers found Robert Osborne at the residence, who gave consent to the officers to allow them to go into his home and arrest Farmer.
During questioning by Marlow’s Detective Antonio Aguilera, Farmer said Osborne had known she was wanted for open warrants when he allowed her to hide at his house. Two witnesses also said Osborne knew Farmer was wanted.
Osborne is currently in court proceedings for another felonious charge, possession of stolen property.
Osborne appeared in court for harboring a fugitive from justice Tuesday and Wednesday. His summary of facts hearing was set for 2 p.m. April 12 and his preliminary hearing conference was set for 9 a.m. May 1. Originally, his bond was set at $7,500 on Tuesday but based on past offenses, the court increased it to $75,000 on Wednesday.
