DUNCAN — Haley Orso & Eddie Wilson
Haley Jene Orso and Eddie Mac James Wilson were married Saturday, July 18, at New Hope Baptist Church West in Duncan, with Randy Southerland officiating.
The bride’s parents are David and Diane Orso of Duncan. Her grandparents are Tommy and Joan Alexander of Duncan.
The groom’s parents are Earl Wilson of Duncan, and Karen Irvin of Comanche.
Keith Woods provided the special music for the ceremony. Joann Ball accompanied him on the organ.
The church was decorated with Grecian styled pillars adorned with cascading arrangements of roses, hydrangeas, and wistarias in shades of crimson, olive, and mocha, accented with long stemmed peacock feathers. Crimson roses and fern greenery also lined each side of the alter. A unity candle of two arrangements of crimson feathers completed the setting.
The bride was escorted by her father, David Orso. She wore a white strapless gown with a fitted drop waisted Bodice covered in lace, crystals, pearls, and a tiered tulle and organza vertical ruffled skirt with a chapel length train. Her matching white veil was accented with crystals, pearls, and sequins. It was secured by a tiara of Swarovski crystals and pearls. She carried a cascading bouquet of crimson roses, wistarias, and peacock feathers.
The matron of honor was Kaylin King Hart of Montoursvill, Penn. Lauran Hart Fish, of Duncan, and Tracy Stevens of Duncan, were bridesmaid, and junior bridesmaid. Each attendant wore a separate color of crimson, olive, and mocha knee length dresses with a bubble hem and a sash at the waist. Each carried a bouquet of crimson, olive and mocha roses, hydrangeas and peacock feathers.
Caitlin and Emma Wilson , of Duncan, were the flower girls. The ring bearers were Ashton and Griffin Aldridge of Yukon.
The best man was Earl Wilson Jr. of Comanche. Jonathan Anderson of Comanche, and Bryan Wilson of Duncan, were groomsman, and junior groomsman.
Ronnie Aldridge of Yukon, and Tanner Sampley of Duncan, served as ushers.
The reception was at the Simmons Center. Jordan Hurst of Duncan, was the guest book attendant. Karen and Tisha Aldridge of Yukon, Kimberly Stevens of Duncan, and Michelle Wilson of Comanche were the reception assistants.
The newlywed couple chose Bar Harbor, Maine as their wedding destination. The couple established a home in Duncan.
