DUNCAN — Renfro — Birchfield
Amanda Elizabeth Renfro of Marlow and Lance Cpl. Christopher Blake Birchfield of Comanche exchanged wedding vows at 3 p.m. Friday, July 31, 2009, in Duncan.
The bride is the daughter of Michael and Marcine Renfro of Marlow.
She is the granddaughter of Louie and Phyllis Nichols, and Benny and Janie Renfro, all of Duncan.
The groom is the son of Dana Birchfield of Duncan.
He is the grandson of Don and Donna Davis of Duncan.
Kristy Newman of Duncan was maid of honor.
Best man was the groom’s grandfather, Don Davis of Duncan.
A reception for friends and family was held at Eduardo’s Restaurant.
Following a stay at the Lindley House and a wedding trip to Frontier City, the groom returned to his Marines duty station in Twentynine Palms, Calif. The bride is living in Marlow until she can join him at a permanent duty station.
A wedding shower will be held from 2 to 4 p.m. Saturday at Trinity Baptist Church in Duncan.
