DUNCAN — Hines — Gaines
Crown Heights United Methodist Church in Oklahoma City was the setting for the Saturday, June 27, 2009, wedding of Megan Lorene Hines of Edmond and Zachary Garrett Gaines of Oklahoma City.
The ceremony was officiated by Dr. Ben Gee Hines, grandfather of the bride, and the Rev. Diane Peters.
The bride is the daughter of David and Susan Hines of Edmond.
The groom is the son of Pat and Kristie Gaines of Waurika.
Maid of honor was Lindsey Graham of Ruston, La.
Bridesmaids were Amanda Coy, Jordan Kelley, Kacy Evans and Kayla King, all of Edmond, and Stacey Cowley of St. Louis, Mo. Honorary bridesmaids were Shelli Beck of Spring Branch, Texas, Stevi Venable of The Woodlands, Texas, Katie Hester of San Diego, Calif., and Rebecca Tilley, Caroline Tilley and Hannah Tilley, all of Gulf Shores, Ala.
House party members were Danielle Beller and Kristen Jeffries of Edmond, and Jenilee Duncan of Farmington, N.M.
Flower girls were Ivy Jane Beck of Spring Branch, and Mali Kate Venable of The Woodlands.
Ring bearers were Brax Beck of Spring Branch, and Jack Venable of The Woodlands.
Best man was Marcus Favorite of Edmond.
Groomsmen were Michael Bower and Chris Codding of Edmond, Scott Hines of Oklahoma City, Jeromy Jinks of Fort Worth, Texas, and Edward “Pee-Wee” Keith of Vernal, Utah.
Ushers were Matt Graham, Gantt Graham and Thomas Graham of Ruston, and Chris Tilley of Gulf Shores.
A reception was held at Twin Hills Golf and Country Club in Oklahoma City.
Following a wedding trip to El Dorado Royale Resort and Spa in Riviera Maya, Mexico, the couple established a home in Oklahoma City.
The bride is a first-grade teacher at Angie Debo Elementary School in Edmond. The groom is a gas and marketing analyst for Devon Energy.
