DUNCAN — Cordell — Baro
Stephanie Gayle Cordell and Richard Adrien Baro, both of Plano, Texas, were wed Saturday, July 4, 2009, at The Vail Marriott Mountain Resort & Spa in Vail, Colo., with Pastor Jimmy Humphreys officiating.
The bride is the daughter of Gayle Cordell of Plano, and Mike and Charlotte Cordell of Denton, Texas.
Her grandparents are J.E. Cordell of Duncan and the late Dorothy Cordell, and the late George and Marlene Spencer, who lived in Bartlesville.
The groom is the son of Robert and Lyda Baro of Plano.
His grandparents are Carlos and Lyda Bustamante of Lake Placid, Fla., and Ofelia Baro of Miami, Fla., and the late Eduardo Baro.
Maid of honor was Kelly Ross, high school friend of the bride.
Bridesmaids were Geneva Cordell, the bride’s sister-in-law, and Staci Good.
Best man was Jared Gillman, best friend of the groom.
Groomsmen were Scott Cordell, the groom’s brother-in-law, and Chad Cain.
A reception was held at the Vail Marriott Mountain Resort & Spa . A rehearsal dinner was held at The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa in Avon, Colo.
After spending their honeymoon in Vail, the couple established a home in Plano. The bride is a graduate of Plano West Senior High School and the Collin College, where she received her nursing degree. She is now an RN/labor and delivery nurse.
The groom, also a graduate of Plano West Senior High School, attended Collin College and owns his own construction company.
