Chelse Shalane Ray of Velma and Garett Ross Adams of Duncan have chosen Saturday, Oct. 3, 2009, as the day they will exchange wedding vows at 3 p.m. at the Simmons Center in Duncan.
The bride-elect is the daughter of Rocky and Shannah Ray of Velma and Brad and Charlesa Willer of Duncan.
She is the granddaughter of Flo Brown of Lone Grove, and the late Curly and Flossie Adams, who lived in Duncan.
The prospective groom is the son of Bob and Lynette Gibson of Duncan, and Larry and Jenie Adams.
He is the grandson of Cliff and Martha King of Duncan.
The bride-elect, a 2003 graduate of Velma-Alma High School, is a stay-at-home mom.
The prospective groom, a 2001 graduate of Duncan High School, is self-employed.
