DUNCAN —
The awards played out pretty much the same way the season did in District 2A-3.
After a dominant year, Frederick flooded the All-District team, claiming 11 of the 20 individual awards. Likewise, Comanche’s commendable season was represented with eight players earning various spots.
Senior Kale Reed was named Safety of the Year, while seven Indians landed on the All-District team.
Defensive end Alex Tuttle, cornerback Zach Young and offensive lineman Cody Crow were all named first-team members, while cornerback Jonathan Robinson, defensive tackle Colten Taylor, defensive end David Alvarez and offensive lineman Jake Standrige were named to the second team.
