DUNCAN — Clesta Strowanne "Anne" McCullough, 64, of Duncan, passed away on Friday, January 11, 2012 at  Norman Specialty Hospital in Norman, Oklahoma.

Services are scheduled for 10:00am Monday, Jan. 14, 2013 at Don Grantham Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Randy Southerland officiating. Burial will be at Duncan Cemetery under the direction of Don Grantham Funeral Home. Family visitation will be Sunday 6-8pm.

Anne was born Sept. 8, 1948 in Rawlins, Wyo. to Robert "Bob" and Clesta (Dubbs) Banes.

She  attended several schools until graduating with an LPN license and working as a surgical nurse.

On Sept. 24, 1984, she married Jimmy McCullough and together owned McCullough Trucking Co.

She enjoyed farming and raising cattle and was a member of New Hope Baptist Church West.

Anne is survived by her husband of 28 years, Jimmy McCullough of the home; one son, Terry Don Williams and wife Donna-Sue of Norman; two step-daughters: Neta McCullough of Ala. and Angela Pelton and husband Jason of Duncan; two step-sons: James McCullough of Ala. and Brian Lee of Ardmore; two brothers: Robert "Bob" Banes and wife Lan of Md. and  Donald Banes and wife Trish of Duncan; sister, Dorothy Banes Heymann and husband Bill of Md.; brother-in-law, Gail McCullough and wife Linda of Duncan; eleven grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren and many other family and friends.

Anne is preceeded in death by her parents and two brothers: Patrick and Roger Banes.

A graveside funeral service, with full military honors, will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, May 21, at Fairlawn Cemetery with Bro.
