DUNCAN — Curtiss Dale Willson

Nov. 16, 1957 — Jan. 25, 2012

Curtiss Dale Willson, 54, of Duncan, passed away suddenly on Wednesday, Jan. 25, 2012, in Duncan.

Service will be 1:30 p.m. Monday, Jan. 30, at Harvest Hill Baptist Church, with Pastor Jerry  Moore officiating. Burial will follow at Resthaven Memorial Gardens under the direction of the Don Grantham Funeral Home.

The family will receive friends from 3 to 5 p.m. Sunday, at the funeral home.

Curtiss was born Nov. 16, 1957, in Duncan to M.P. and Caviness (Leonard) Willson. He graduated  from Central High School and was a member of Harvest Hills Baptist Church, where he was employed as the church custodian. Curtiss also worked as a grounds keeper at Resthaven Memorial Gardens. He enjoyed cooking, gardening, fishing and spending time at his church.

Curtiss is survived by three children, Austin Willson of Duncan, and Jathan Willson and Samantha, and Janeye Carrillo-Miranda and Clay, of Ft. Worth, Texas; three sisters, Wilma Rochell and husband Robert, of Duncan, Peggy George and husband Armon, of Marlow, and Melba Hay of Wichita, Kan. He is also survived by three grandchildren.

Curtiss was preceded in death by his parents and three brothers.

Pallbearers will be Dale Rochell, Jimmy Rochell, Jack Rochell, Brad Rochell and the men of Harvest  Hills Baptist Church.
