DUNCAN — Judith Ann Crawford, 72, of Duncan passed away Tuesday, Feb. 12, 2013, at her home in Duncan.

Memorial services will be 2 p.m. Saturday in the First United Methodist Church with Reverend Dr. Greg Tolle officiating. A private family interment service will be held at a later date under the direction of the Bailes-Polk Funeral Home. The will be no visitation at the funeral home.

Judy was born Dec. 24, 1940 in Henryetta, the daughter of Clayton and Mozella (Conatser) Mabry. She graduated from Henryetta High School in Henryetta in 1958. She and William Doyle “Pat” Crawford were married in Henryetta on June 11, 1959, and he preceded her in death on March 31, 2007.

She worked as a key punch operator for Halliburton Energy Services until her retirement. She was a faithful active member of the First United Methodist Church. Judy was active in Duncan Little Theatre, volunteered with Chisholm Trail Hospice, and loved her animals, working with the Golden Retriever and the Cocker Spaniel Rescue of Oklahoma. She was proud to train the first therapy dog “Brinker” for Chisholm Trail Hospice. She was active in Gabriel’s House, often taking care of the yard at the house by Mark Twain School. She loved to work in her yard and always had a beautiful landscape. She was also preceded in death by her parents.

Survivors include two sons Shelby Crawford and his wife Diana of Hazel Green, Ala. and Steve Crawford of Oklahoma City; two grandchildren Coy and Quinn Crawford, both of Hazel Green, Ala.; a brother John Mabry and his wife Mary of Muskogee; other relatives and numerous friends.
