DUNCAN — At Tuesday’s regular meeting of the Duncan City Council will consider amending some of the code dealing with land development.
The council will be considering changes that will allow acceptance and dedication of the public sewage disposal systems located in the Stagestand Creek disposal system located in the Stagestand Creek drainage mini-basin Area F to connect to existing public sewage disposal system in the Claridy Creek drainage basin.
The council will consider an emergency on the item so that it may be approved immediately. In other business, the council will hear from MainStreet Duncan in relation to city appointments.
The council will be presented the financial statements for the month ending Dec. 31, 2009.
The consent agenda consists of the following:
- Minutes of January 26, 2020.
- Minutes of February 2, 2010. (Special Meeting)
- Purchase Order List of Claims.
- Dillon Construction Co. Pay Request No. 3 in the amount of $115,099 for work completed on the Water Treatment Plant TOC Reduction Phase II Project, Contract No. 9.
- Dillon Construction Co. Pay Request No. 4 (Final) in the amount of $3,646.70 for work completed on the Water Treatment Plant TOC Reduction Phase II Project, Contract No. 7, and set the Maintenance Bond into effect.
- Dillon Construction Co. Pay Request No. 4 (Final) in the amount of $2,936.05 for work completed on the Water Treatment Plant TOC Reduction Phase II Project, Contract No. 8, and set the Maintenance Bond into effect.
- Dillon Construction Co. Pay Request No. 13 in the total amount of $187,906.88 for services rendered on the Revenue Bond Concrete Road Improvements 2009 Project.
- Miller Construction Pay Request No. 5 in the total amount of $36,509.40 for services rendered on the Waterline Improvements 08-09 Project.
- Award bid for the Front End Loader to OCT Equipment as the lowest and best bid in the amount of $106,800.00.
- Award bid to Klaver Construction Co., Inc. for the Bridge Replacement 2010 Project in the total amount of $112,252.70.
- Award bids for various Street Department road materials as indicated on the bid tabulation.
- Accept dedication of Rights-of-way and Easements, as listed, for the Asphalt Road Improvements 2009 Project.
- Contract Amendment with the Office of Juvenile Affairs as presented.
