Stephens County Sheriff Wayne McKinney said two individuals are being sought in an alleged assault that took place on a Comanche woman about 9:30 p.m. Wednesday.
Ray Carroll Martin, and his female companion, Crista Gibson, are believed to have possibly fled the county and maybe even the state, McKinney said. There is a warrant for their arrest, which was issued through the Stephens County District Attorney’s office late today.
“I consider these two armed and extremely dangerous. They may have left the county or state, to Texas,” he said.
“We believe he does have ties to the Aryan Nation and they both have a long criminal history,” McKinney said.
They were last seen driving a gray Dodge Ram quad cab pickup, but a license plate number was not available.
The charges filed for the Wednesday attack, include burglary in the first degree, use of a firearm in the commission of a felony and assault and battery.
“He’s also known to ride Harley’s. He’s had gun charges, weapons, trafficking controlled dangerous substances and a few other drug charges. She has been in trouble before for assault and battery on a police officer,” the sheriff said.
If anyone thinks they have seen either Martin or Gibson, they need to either call the Stephens County communication’s center, at 580-255-2112, or the local authorities.
