P.M. Update Duncan man faces several charges

DUNCAN — Jerry Lynn Rogers, 48, of Duncan, was arrested Wednesday in Marlow by Stephens County Sheriff’s deputies, on two bench warrants, totaling about $9,000.

Those were a failure to pay warrant and a failure to appear, but Sheriff Wayne McKinney said Wednesday that charges are also being prepared to be filed against Rogers for three counts of embezzlement.

Rogers owns JT Car Cares, 1208 N. Broadway in Marlow. About four or five weeks ago the sheriff’s department received information regarding some alleged activities being conducted by Rogers.
