Stacy Diane Dozier, 39, Duncan; (1) DUI: One year suspended and a $500 fine plus court costs; (2) DUI: One year suspended and a $500 fine plus court costs; (3) Driving under suspension: One year suspended and a $500 fine plus court costs. Sentences two and three to run concurrent and consecutive to sentence one.



FELONY CONVICTIONS

Erin Brant Clark, 34, Ninnekah; Bail jumping: Two years suspended and a $1,000 fine plus court costs.

Bobby Joe Mitchell, 58, Comanche; Domestic abuse - assault and battery: One year suspended but for the first four days and a $500 fine plus court costs.

Kenisha Nicole Fisher, 36, Marlow; Driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs: One year suspended and a $500 fine plus court costs.

Teresa Pearce, 37, Lawton; (1) Enabling child sexual abuse: 30 years and a $1,000 fine plus court costs; (2) Enabling child sexual abuse: 30 years and a $1,000 fine plus court costs. Sentences to run concurrant.

Cody Thomas Harrell, 24, Chickasha; (1) Possession of a controlled substance: Five years suspended and a $1,000 fine plus court costs; (2) Carrying a firearm while under the influence: Six months suspended and a $250 fine plus court costs; (3) Actual physical control of a vehicle while intoxicated: One year suspended and a $250 fine plus court costs. Sentences to run concurrant.
