MARLOW — Four individuals were arrested Tuesday on charges of possession of a controlled dangerous substance and distribution, following an investigation conducted by Stephens County Sheriff’s Office and District Attorney’s Drug Task Force.

The four individuals are being charged in Stephens County District Court today with the crimes, which include sale of oxycodone, a schedule II prescription drug.

Sheriff Wayne McKinney and Deputy Bobby Bowen and Task Force Investigator Justin Scott made the arrests in Marlow in front of a local fast food establishment on the north end of the city around 11 a.m. Tuesday. They were assisted by Marlow Police Officer Suzanne Moore.

Ashley Brooke Berry, 21, Austin Myles Hlavaty, 20, Kristopher James Dryden, 26, and Riley Heath Williams, 24, were taken into custody by the sheriff’s office. Williams turned himself in late Tuesday evening, McKinney said. The other three individuals were arrested at the scene, but Williams had left in a separate vehicle before the actual arrests could be made, McKinney said.
