Heritage Oaks Church of the Nazarene Bean Dinner will be having a Benefit Bean Dinner from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and 5 to 7 p.m. Proceeds will go to the Backpack Ministries which helps to distribute food to kids in need. Golden Dragon Chinese Acrobats will perform today at the Simmons Center. For information, call Stephanie Sullivan at 580-252-2900 ext 240.
The Crapemyrtle Photo Contest reception for photographers is from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. at Duncan Public Library. A People’s Choice winner will be announced and the event is open to the public.
