	After happenings that hit close to home, 16-year-old Brianna Brumley began organizing the All God&amp;#8217;s Children Anti-Bullying Rally, which is set for 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, May 12, in Fuqua Park.&lt;/p&gt;
