DUNCAN —
There are a number of persons holding a 10-year or more lease around Clear Creek Lake, Duncan Lake and also Lake Humphery.
The City of Duncan violated or breached these contracts (leases) by increasing lease amounts, (second time effected in June 2010) providing garbage containers which our lease has provisions for. My lease has gone from $100 up to $300 since August 2004.
We feel that the City of Duncan should be investigated for these illegal actions.
