DUNCAN —
To the Editor,
CableOne’s jingle, “Watch us make you smile” certainly did not apply last week.
When the “Big Twelve” basketball tournament games were only available on KOCB and we could not see them, I wasn’t smiling. I doubt that I was the only one.
Oklahoman’s are sports fans and we want to see our teams play. This was not an isolated incident. Other sports venues throughout the year encounter the same problem.
What is strange to me is that we receive KOKH on Channel 12. According to the Oklahoma City telephone book, both KOCB and KOKH list the same address and phone number. So-o-o why cant CableOne carry both stations?
Another option would be to replace KOKH with KOCB since we get Fox on Channel 2 from Texas.
If you want KOCB to be added to our lineup, please let your opinion be heard by calling CableOne.
Shirley Richardson,
Duncan
