DUNCAN — Jordan Leigh Howell and Cody Glyn Cook will exchange wedding vows July 30, 2011, at First Baptist Church in Duncan.

Jordan is the daughter of Jerry and Nancy Howell of Central High. She is the granddaughter of Kenneth and Lawanna Blevins of Waurika, Glynn and Myra Allen of Duncan, and the late Jerry L. Howell of Duncan. Her great-grandparents include Loretta Howell and the late Leo Howell of Duncan.

Jordan is a 2008 graduate of Central High School and is a senior at Cameron University. She is a PLUS Scholar and listed as one of the campus’s top 20 students. She is pursuing a degree in criminal justice and psychology.

Cody is the son of Beverly and the late Charles Cook of Marlow. He is the grandson of Glyn and Juanita Jackson of Central High, and Tony and Sue Cook of Duncan.

Cody is a 2007 graduate of Marlow High School, and graduated from Oklahoma State University in May 2011, with a Bachelor of Science degree in political science. He was a member of the Delta Tau Delta fraternity and held the office of president in 2010.

The couple plans to reside in the Marlow area and pursue their respective degrees.
