DUNCAN —  

Tarri Rebeka Rutledge and Derrick Ryan Miller, both of Duncan, will exchange wedding vows Saturday, Sept. 21, 2013, at the Arbuckle Wedding Chapel in Davis with Gabe Amaya officiating.

Bride-elect is the daughter of Todd and Lisa Rutledge of Whitharral, Texas. Her grandparents are the late Tommy and Elena Rutledge, Ileene Nickelson and George Nickelson Sr., both of Whitharral, Texas.

Prospective groom is the son of Mark and Debbie Miller of Rogers, Ark. His grandparents are Chuck and Peggy Miller of Oklahoma City, and Joe and Ann Allen of Edmond.

Beka is a 2007 graduate of Whitharral High School, a 2009 graduate of South Plains College and received her bachelors of arts in print journalism from West Texas A&M University in 2010. She is involved with Stephens County Relay For Life and is a reporter for The Duncan Banner, as well as an employee of The Riviera Tanning Spa.

Derrick is a 2001 graduate of Rogers High School and received his bachelors of science in news editorial and a minor in English from Oklahoma State University in 2005. 

He is involved with Stephens County Relay For Life, is manager for the band K-4 and is a reporter for The Duncan Banner. He is also a counter team leader for Hastings Entertainment.
