Lions' Club names RRTC Students of the Month

DUNCAN —  

Red River Technology Center’s Peyton Cuzzort and Mathew Womack have been named as the Students of the Month for February, by the Duncan Noon Lion’s Club. 
Cuzzort is a Biomedical Science Academy student and Womack is a Health Careers student. 
Cuzzort, a senior at Comanche High School, is active in the Biomedical Science Academy Health Occupations Students of America (HOSA) chapter at RRTC.
Cuzzort is active in band, the percussion ensemble, FFA and National Honor Society. She has maintained a 4.0 grade point average.
In the community, Cuzzort has volunteered with canned food drives, at Fall Fest, as a vacation Bible school worker, as a camp counselor, and as a Sunday school teacher.
After graduation, Cuzzort would like to attend the University of Central Oklahoma and major in forensic science.
Womack, a senior at Central High School, is active in the Health Careers Health Occupations Students of America (HOSA) Chapter at RRTC and National Technical Honor Society.
Womack is active in football, baseball, powerlifting, and academic team. He has maintained a 3.4 grade point average.
In the community, Womack has volunteered time with Toys for Tots, Christmas caroling at an assisted living center and decorated downtown Comanche for Halloween.
After graduation, Womack plans to attend the University of Oklahoma and become a certified athletic trainer.

    The Cameron University School of Business Building will be re-named Cynthia S. Ross Hall, following approval Friday,  by the University of Oklahoma, Cameron University and Rogers State University Board of Regents. Regent Richard R. Dunning, Chairman, requested the name change in recognition of the extraordinary contributions made by Cameron President Cindy Ross over the past  11 years.
